Cheer stunts left the audience's jaws dropped. Cheer students worked so hard to impress the crowd with their tricks and flips. Hawthorn will be more motivated to win with cheer’s astonishing performances. Coach Robinson did a wonderful job coordinating the cheerleaders.
Poms exquisitely danced to “I ain’t worried” with awesome dance steps. Their kicks were beautiful and right on time. The pirouettes were for sure mastered. Also, the T-jumps were high in the air and perfectly in the splits. Hawthorn can’t wait for more dances performed by poms!
Tug of war got heated after the 7th grade beat the 6th graders. The audience started to cheer for their teams when the 7th and 8th graders faced each other. 8th grade beat 7th grade easily in less than a minute. Next, 8th went up against the teachers. The audience was crazy cheering for the 8th graders, motivating everyone who held the rope. On a count of three, it began. The 8th tugged the rope really hard but the teachers did better. The 8th graders held on and pulled the rope the best they could but in the end, the teachers were victorious.
